WOW….WHAT A YEAR 2006 WAS!
We have been so busy we have not even had time to update our website; and there are plenty of new things share.
2006 was a very good year for NOWIRZ with the addition of several new hot spot customers. Our gross sales grew 21% over that of 2005. In completing our third year of operation we expanded our portfolio to include Health Care, Events, Multi-Building Campus, High Rise and Condominium work.
We implemented new authentication and monitoring infrastructures. Our new authentication systems allow clients to choose what service to offer their guests; whether it is free access, charged access or our NOWIRZ Vouchers. Our new monitoring systems allow us to better control our networks and provide faster response to issues. A new help desk system has been implemented giving us better tools for faster resolution to user issues.
These systems have also given us better usage reporting. Since implementing these systems in August 2006, we have served over 6,388 customers and 53,188 login transactions. And as 2006 has ended we are moving full steam ahead into 2007. We have served over 2,000 customers in January alone.
We are continuing to expand our service offerings by adding our client portal. This online tool gives hotspot providers access to information including network utilization, plan usage, network operation and trouble ticket reports. Some of these features have already been introduced while others are coming online by the end of Q1 2007; including our all new Hot Spot Concierge Service.
