NOWIRZ is a wireless networking, service and consulting firm Jim Rousseau co-founded NOWIRZ with Bob DeSorbo in 2003. Jim Rousseau, Business Manager: Jim is founder and President of NOWIRZ. Jim has over 11 years experience directing IT technologies for varying industries. As Director of Information Technologies for Engelberth Construction, Shawmut Design & Construction and Akamai Technologies' West Coast IT operations, Jim has managed several large scale projects and call centers supporting hundreds of users.

Bob DeSorbo, Co-Founder: Bob is Co-Founder of NOWIRZ. As a scientist, Bob has extensive working knowledge of RF (radio frequencies). Bob ensures that all the NOWIRZ implementations have been engineered for maximum efficiency and meet FCC regulations.

Jay Myrto, Vice-President, Field Operations: Jay is Vice President of Field Operations. Jay has owned and operated his own electrical contracting business for over 20 years. Jay's managerial and deployment expertise is the backbone of NOWIRZ's 5 Star deployments and field support.
